Exercise Behavioral Consulting
In collaboration with the Georgia Southern Sport and Exercise Psychology Graduate Program, Exercise Behavioral Consulting is offered free for Personal Training clients at CRI. This program is offered by Advanced Sport and Exercise Psychology students trained in behavior change, and is completely free and confidential.
With theory and research-based behavioral strategies, our trained consultants design an individualized plan to help you reach your fitness goals. You can meet with your Exercise Behavioral Consultant as frequently as you like, separate from your Personal Training sessions. Your Personal Trainer and your Exercise Behavioral Consultant can collaborate to ensure that you are receiving a comprehensive wellness service, working to strengthen both your mind and your body.
If you are interested in enrolling in this program, ask your Personal Trainer or CRI’s Fitness staff for more information.

Theo Sission, Department of Health Sciences and Kinesiology Research Assistant and Physical Activity Lifestyle Program Graduate Teaching Assistant
About Me: I am very passionate about helping people build a holistic and healthy relationship with movement and exercise. I started my career as a Behavioral Health Technician in the Navy, where I supported service members in high‑stress environments and saw firsthand how mindset, habits, and support can change a person’s life. Whether your goals may be getting back into a routine, lifting with more confidence, or simply feeling better in your own skin, we’ll work together to create small and realistic changes that fit your life. I’m here to listen, be a catalyst, and help you turn intentions into sustainable action one session at a time.
